Dopamine On Arrival was founded by Dale Orlando Armitt, whose passion for workplace culture grew from years of experience in office management and employee engagement.
Combining an education in Counselling and Psychotherapy, creativity and fun, he built a company that helps organisations create workplaces where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
